It was great to see lots of trainees, as well as local GPs and other colleagues from Hackney, at World TB Day at Homerton. Interesting facts about Homerton: Hackney’s first hospital was founded in 1280, called the Kingsland Leper Hospital (based on Kingsland Road). It was one of ten leper hospitals set up in London.
